With 5,000,000 RMB registered capital, Xiamen Xiangyu Project Con­sulting & Supervision Co.，Ltd. was born in Xiangyu Tax Free Area on the western coast of Xiamen Island in 1996. In 2001, it finished the changing of enterprise system in 2001, and in 2006, its name changed as Xiamen Xiangyu Project Con­sulting & Management Co.，Ltd. Now, It has a high quality team of more than 450 professionals in all kinds of fields such as Architecture, Structure, Geotechnical, Roads and Bridges, Ports, Public Works, Mechanical, Electrical, Intelligentization, Communication, Heating and Ventilating, Water Supply and Sewerage, Economic, Accountants and lawyers. Among them, more than 300 are the intermediate or advanced technical personnel, and some are the national registered engineers: 76 Construction Supervision Engineers, 23 Cost engineers, 11 Consulting Engineers, and more than 40 Equipment Supervision Engineers, Safety Engineers, Grade-A Structure Engineers, Grade-A Architects, and Grade-A Construction Engineers. It has ability to undertake the business of construction project management, construction agency, project IFB agency, construction consulting, cost consulting and construction supervision in all kinds of big projects.

    Because of PROFESSIONAL, we have obtained the qualifica­tions of “Grade-A Construction Supervision”, “Grade-A Project IFB Agency”, “Grade-A Project Cost Consulting” and “Grade-B Project Investment Consulting” authorized by the Ministry of Construction and the State Development and Reform Commission; Because of Quality, our business on the project management, construction agency, investment consulting, design consulting, cost consulting, IFB agency and construction supervision of Buildings, Public Works, Roads and Bridges, Ports and Docks, and Network Communication projects has developed from Xiamen to the everywhere in Fujian Province such as Fuzhou, Longyan，Nanping, Quanzhou, and Zhangzhou, and at present we are developing some important projects in Shandong, Shanghai, etc.
